This hotel has a good position, also very close to S. Marco's Square. It is a family-run business very looked after, with its only goal that of pleasing the guest. The standard is definitely closer to a 4-star than a 3. There is an annex, just on the other side of the small street, with extremely beautiful family rooms in 2 floors with plenty of space. The hotel is located just off one of the city's most majestic waterfront promenades, the Riva degli Schiavoni, situated within easy distance of St. Mark's Square and all the major historical sites. The area has an abundance of restaurants and bars, all overlooking the unique views of the San Mark's Basin with is its landscape made of churches and palaces surrounded by the lagoon waters. All shops and amenities are also available in the area.
